Description:
The BMC Public Health Care Project started operating as a mobile clinic in 1976 covering the East and West Mamprusi Districts. The Project was mainly involved in immunization against measles, yellow fever and CSM. Following the carving of the East Mamprusi District into two districts, the Project stopped covering the West Mamprusi District which was on its own has become independent. The present building housing the Public Health Care was ready in 1997 when the Project moved in.
