Fidelis B. Naapaneh

Mr. Fidelis B. Naapaneh is the Regional Manager for USAID-assisted Market Systems and Resilience (MSR) Activity in the Upper West Region, Ghana, and a development practitioner with a firm background in development management, organizational development and project management for ACDEP. He has over 13 years’ experience in project management, community mobilization, agricultural value chain development, agricultural finance, small and medium scale enterprises (SMEs) development, training and facilitation.

He holds a master of philosophy (MPhil) degree in Development Management and a bachelor’s  degree in Integrated Development Studies. Mr. Naapaneh also earned various certificates in Agribusiness Incubator Management (I) from the African Agribusiness Incubators Network, Agricultural Finance and Credit Analysis from Ultimate Access Limited, Accra, Project Management Professional (PMP) from Knowledge Tree Technologies, and Cooperate Governance, African Centre for Capacity Building.

Before his current role, Mr. Naapaneh worked as the Engagement Manager/Training Specialist for a KOICA-funded Capacity Development of FBCs/FBOs in Northern Ghana Project at ACDEP. He played the role of Project Manager with Advans Ghana Savings and Loans Limited, a MasterCard Foundation-supported Shea Business Empowerment Program. Mr. Naapaneh has had some stints with the Centre for the Development of People (CEDEP), European Union and ICCO-funded Farmers Agricultural Production and Marketing Project, Tumu Deanery Rural Integrated Development Programme, CORDAID-funded Agribusiness Financial Services Project, and AGRA funded “Farmers’ Cooperative Development Project.

Outside of formal employment, Mr. Naapaneh has consulted for external organizations such as; Nathan Associates London Ltd and the Agribusiness Actors in the Upper West Region. He brings on board team building spirit, partnership development skills, passion for excellence in every commitment, and ever ready to learn new things.
